We allow up to two pets per apartment home. Whether you have one furry friend or two, we welcome them all at Durango Canyon Apartments!
Yes. Each pet requires a refundable $250 pet deposit, a one-time nonrefundable $200 pet fee, and $25 monthly pet rent. These charges apply per pet.
